Alam Lestari- Sustainable natural

This is a new restaurant that has picnic tables surrounded by flowers, plants and trees. The atmosphere is quite nice. We had Bali rice which had coconut in the rice along with chicken wrapped around the lemongrass stalk.  The clams were very tasty also.

Walking to the sports club

The complex is growing and there is constant building.  Here are some completed homes as well as ones that are just finished and other that are in the building stage.  The workers work 7 days a week and begin hammer at 6:30 a.m.  Right now they are working across the street and I can hear it loud and clear.

This is the makeshift workers lodging/changing areas.

The house to the left is finished but the trash remains.
New construction going on across from Regina and Deni's house.

The pool and aerobic room

The exercise classroom and yoga are also on the third floor.  I can't imagine doing aerobics on a tile floor - so I will be skipping this part of the sports club!

The pool is the real draw for me.  It's quiet, long and peaceful.  As I sweat in the gym I tell myself the next day I will be able to enjoy the pool.

Sports Club in Taman Cipto

Finally the sports club/gym is open for business.  It only is a 2 minute walk from the house to the gym and since it doesn't snow there is NO excuse for not going.  They gym/fitness center is up on the third floor (not sure why they do that since it is the hottest level.  It's small, and the one eliptical that I've used is now broken..... Also the A/C is not very strong- so I get to sweat just by standing around!
