Gili Air is the closest to the mainland of Lombok. It is coconut grove filled and retains a very laid-back rural character. These 11 cottages were set back from the ocean but were surrounded by a beautiful garden and farmlands. Quiet, and peaceful I could have stayed here a couple of more days.
