Traditional Southern Indian Breakfast

 The food of Kerala is one that needs no introduction: It's simple, zesty, flavourful and offers an intelligent combination of potent spices. And because they believe that food can only really be "tasted" using your hands - that's all I've done.  Mind you, I have a sloppy mess, but no one minds and it tastes great!

This is Mr. Sajayan's sister-in-law Divya
making idli (a savoury rice cake that is in the back of the plate),with vegetable curry.  You can not see them in the picture, but you definitely taste the toasted mustard seeds.
