Laksana Restaurant

On our way to Narada Art Gallery we stopped at a restaurant we have been to many times.  It's up in the mountains, so it's much cooler to sit and enjoy the delicious food. We had two types of fish - this one is fried.  Besides the regular parts of the fish to eat- Jason and Regina eat the heads,  Deni and I ate the fins and tail.  Enok!
Fried tempe and tahu (soybean products) are both traditional foods in Indonesia.  They have a lot of protein and are good for you - except when they are deep fried like the ones at the bottom of the page.  However they are very good!
The middle picture is a a type of Indonesian vegetable salad with shrimp crackers on top.
