Ironbark Hill Vineyard

So many wineries, so little time.  Hunter Valley is about 2 1/2 hours from Sydney and it it home to the oldest vineyards in Australia.  There are 150 wineries throughout this region and they are famous for their  Semillon wines (white wine with a citrus flavor).  Stefanny and I did our own walking tour- which started with two cellar doors (wine tasting rooms) right behind our hotel. 
We walked, drank and ate for two wonderful glorious days! 
Unfortunately the area is being inundated with brush fires right now.
